Couture Travel design

To engage our services for this level of bespoke travel planning, a tailored fee structure is in place. This reflects the time, expertise, and global partnerships involved in thoughtfully curating and managing every aspect of your journey, from our initial discovery call to your return home.

While every sojourn is uniquely tailored, we typically dedicate between twenty to fifty hours to orchestrating large-scale travel experiences. From logistical architecture and bookings to itinerary design and on-the-ground coordination, we handle every detail. For our discerning clients, this ensures peace of mind, personalized service, and the assurance of a dedicated advocate from start to finish.

Travel Design Fee: Starting at $500
(Based upon trip scope)

This flat fee includes:

• A 30-minute initial discovery call to explore your travel goals and vision

• Full support throughout the planning process

• Design and coordination of all land and sea arrangements
